General Requirements:

1. Original passport (6 months valid)
2. 2 pcs. Colored picture (white background, 2×2)
3. Visa application (accomplished and signed) – Online Application Form
4. Original copy of booking certificate
5. Photocopy of ACR/ICR/I-Card by other nationalities who are permanent/long term residents in the Philippines.
6. Bank Certificate (original)
7. Latest Income Tax return (ITR)
8. NSO Birth Certificate (copy)
9. NSO Marriage Contract (Copy / if married)
10. For employee : COE and Approved Leave of Absence
11. For Businessman : Mayor’s Permit, DTI/SEC
12. Proof of Assets
13. Authorization Letter
14. Personal Appearance of the Applicant

PROCESSING TIME : 3-5 working days (Applicable for Philippine Passport holder only)

Validity of visa starts from the date of issue unless specifically endorsed; the visa is not valid for restricted or protected areas.

Extension of tourist visa is not allowed. Change of purpose of visit is not permitted.
